  • Health & Wellness Program covers a wide range of medical problems that require exercise therapy as part of the management pathway. Run by our Exercise Physiologist, we can help develop a program that is evidence-based and tailored to your situation. We help manage conditions such as osteoporosis, cardiovascular health, general deconditioning, and much more.

  • Core Stability & Strength Program

  • Shoulder Strength including Overhead athletes (swimming, throwing, and weightlifting)

Our clients are both private or under WorkCover / CTP, DVA, Home-Care, National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), & Medicare.
